Privacy statement
Voxa AI LLC ("Voxa", "we", "us", or "our") operates voxaspeech.io and provides sales training, coaching, and related educational services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you.
This policy applies to voxaspeech.io and to any service that links to it. By using our site or services, you agree to the practices described here. Our mailing address is 1401 21st St, Ste R, Sacramento, CA 95811.
Information we collect
Identifiers and contact information: your name, email address, mobile telephone number, and mailing address.
Commercial information: products or services you inquire about or purchase, and transaction history. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.
Professional information: the details you choose to share about your sales role, experience, or business.
Internet and device activity: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits.
Communications: messages you send us by email, text, web form, or phone, and — where permitted by law and disclosed to you — recordings or transcripts of coaching calls.
Consent records: when you opt in to text messages, we record the date and time, your IP address, the telephone number you provided, which consent boxes you selected, and the exact version of the consent language displayed to you at that moment.
Where we collect information from
Directly from you, when you complete a form, create an account, make a purchase, attend a call, or contact us.
Automatically from your device, through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies as described below.
From service providers who help us operate the business, including our payment processor, customer relationship management platform, scheduling tools, messaging provider, and analytics and advertising partners.
Information you voluntarily provide
Some information is entirely optional. You choose whether to give us your telephone number, whether to consent to text messages, and whether to answer optional questions about your sales role. You can use much of our public site without providing any personal information at all.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our site, we and our partners automatically collect technical and usage data through cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies. This helps us operate the site, remember your preferences, measure the performance of our advertising, and understand how visitors use our content.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Some features of the site may not function properly if you do. We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals, as no common standard for them has been adopted.
How we use your information
To respond to your inquiry and contact you about our training programs; to provide, maintain, and improve our services; to process payments and administer your account; to deliver the email and text communications you have consented to receive; to personalize content and measure and improve our advertising; to conduct research and analytics; to enforce our Terms and Conditions; to detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and to comply with our legal obligations.
How and when we share your information
We do not sell your personal information for money.
We share personal information only in the circumstances described in the sections that follow: with affiliates, with vendors and service providers acting on our behalf, when legally compelled, to prevent harm, and in connection with a business transfer. Any other sharing is done only with your direction or consent.
Affiliates
We may share personal information with entities under common ownership or control with Voxa AI LLC, for the purposes described in this policy. Any affiliate receiving your information is required to handle it consistently with this policy.
Vendors and service providers
We share personal information with third parties who perform functions on our behalf — including hosting, payment processing, customer relationship management, scheduling, text and email delivery, analytics, and advertising measurement. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their function, are contractually required to protect it, and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing purposes.
Legally compelled disclosure
We may disclose personal information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law or legal process, including in response to a subpoena, court order, warrant, or lawful request by a government or regulatory authority, or where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Disclosure to prevent harm
We may disclose personal information when we believe in good faith that doing so is necessary to investigate or prevent fraud or unlawful activity, to protect the safety, rights, or property of any person, to enforce our agreements, or to address a security or technical incident.
Business transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our assets, personal information may be transferred or disclosed as part of that transaction or the diligence leading to it. Any acquirer will remain subject to the commitments in this policy for information transferred, unless you are notified and consent otherwise.
SMS/Text Messaging Data
Mobile information and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. The categories of information sharing described above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Mobile information may be shared only with subcontractors in support roles (such as our SMS platform provider) solely to deliver the messaging service, and never for their own marketing purposes. We do not include text messaging opt-in data or the telephone numbers of SMS subscribers in any audience, list, or file provided to an advertising platform.
Our SMS program
If you opt in, Voxa AI LLC sends text messages relating to appointment reminders, onboarding and account notifications, and promotional offers about our sales training programs. You choose which of these categories you receive by selecting the corresponding consent box, and consent to marketing messages is never a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency will vary and is typically fewer than 8 messages per month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for help. You may also contact us at meetings@voxaspeech.io or +1 (269) 748-4271. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How we communicate with you, and how to opt out
Email: we send transactional email relating to your account or purchase, and marketing email if you have opted in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional messages about an active purchase.
Text message: see "Our SMS program" above. Reply STOP to cancel.
Telephone: we may call the number you provide about your inquiry or purchase. You may ask us to stop by writing to meetings@voxaspeech.io.
Advertising and social media platforms
We advertise on third-party platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram). We use pixels and similar technologies on our site to measure the performance of that advertising and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our site. These platforms collect information about your visit directly, subject to their own privacy policies and the controls they provide.
As stated in the SMS section above, we do not provide telephone numbers collected through our text-message opt-in to any advertising platform.
External sites, apps, links, and social media
Our site links to and embeds content from third parties, including video hosting, scheduling and booking tools, and social media platforms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices. Information you provide directly to a third party is governed by that party's privacy policy, not this one. Review their policies before providing information.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and to satisfy legal, accounting, tax, and reporting obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it.
Text-message consent records are retained for at least five years after consent is withdrawn, because those records are the evidence of the consent that authorized each message sent.
How we protect your information
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, including encryption in transit and access controls limiting who can view personal information.
No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, request that it be corrected or deleted, opt out of marketing email and text messages, and ask questions about how your information is handled.
To make a request, email meetings@voxaspeech.io. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you specific rights regarding your personal information.
Categories collected: in the preceding twelve months we have collected identifiers, commercial information, professional or employment-related information, internet or other electronic network activity information, and audio or electronic information such as call recordings. The sources, business purposes, and categories of recipients are described throughout this policy.
Your rights: you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and share, and the categories of sources and recipients; the right to request deletion; the right to request correction of inaccurate information; the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights.
Sale and sharing: we do not sell personal information for money. Our use of advertising cookies and pixels may constitute 'sharing' for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You may opt out by adjusting your browser or platform ad settings, or by contacting us at the address below. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
Exercising your rights: submit a request to meetings@voxaspeech.io or call +1 (269) 748-4271. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days, extendable by a further 45 days where reasonably necessary and with notice to you. You may use an authorized agent, in which case we may require proof of authorization and verification of your identity.
Children's privacy
Our services are directed to adults and are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will provide additional notice through the site or by email. Your continued use of the services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
